Ba nhat bui

Hello, my name is Ba Nhat. I’m from VietNam. I have been living in the US for 9 months now, working as a restaurant manager at Daisy Gardens restaurant. My current job and the stability in my life today are partly thanks to the help of Teacher Traci.

 

Reflecting on my early days in America when everything was new, from the language to the work environment, I was fortunate that my family introduced me to Ms. Traci's class. She helped boost my confidence in English communication and actively supported my study and review of the Servsafe course. Thanks to her, I acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to secure my job and enhance the restaurant's safety procedures. The knowledge I gained when I first arrived in America has played a vital role in my career.

 

I am immensely grateful to Teacher Traci, all the educators, organizations, and the American government for creating opportunities for people like me to better integrate into American society. My heartfelt thanks to all.
