Certification Course - Instructor Led Courses

Our Certified Food Manager Course is for people who need initial certification. This course meets all state requirements for both Minnesota and Wisconsin. The course begins at 8:00am with the exam administered around 3:30pm. Most people are completed with the exam by 5:30pm. There is a 1 hour break for lunch.

Recertification Course:

Our 4 hour course meets all state requirements for renewing your Certified Food Manager Certificate. This course meets all state requirements for both Minnesota and Wisconsin. This course is run simultaneously with each Certified Food Manager Certification Course; the renewal classes also start at 8:00am but conclude at 12:30pm. No exam is required for recertification.

Recertification course fee of $75.00 includes:

For those taking the full certification, a study guide will be sent a couple weeks ahead of the class, please read this book prior to attending the class.
