Regional Online Career Collaborative (ROCC) began in the Fall of 2021 to provide career-focused online courses to all ABE enrolled adult learners in in northwest Minnesota and has since expanded to include learners in north-central and northeast Minnesota as well! The ROCC program provides access and opportunities for ABE enrolled learners to engage in online courses relevant to employment related goals, to gain literacy skills and to increase learner opportunities for employment and self-sufficiency.

Courses are offered twice a year, once in the fall and again in the spring. To enroll, contact your local Adult Education instructor. Students must
meet minimum levels of basic and technical skills to enroll.
